For US Orders:
We provide options of your choice for shipping within in the United States.
For International Orders:
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. We include the cost of taxes and duties with shipping at checkout, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees later on.
We also give you the option to just pay shipping up front, but you will be responsible to instead pay any duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. Should you choose this option and refuse your package, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.

US Returns: Refunds & returns made easy!
Returning an item couldn't be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have up to 14 days from when your order is delivered to exchange or return.
For US customers, shipping label will be emailed to you on all approved exchanges & returns. The charge for the label of $15 will be deducted from your refund.
To create a return, click our simple form for Returns & Exchanges here. Once your start your eligible return, you will be sent an email with RMA and shipping instructions.
We will then send you an email to notify that we have received it, and confirm your return. If you are approved, we will refund your original method of payment once the item is received. Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to appear.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original tags & packaging. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PIECE THAT HAS BEEN PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOMIZED. All sale & seasonal items are Final Sale. We will not accept any returns if these requirements have not been met.

Intl Returns: Please email us at info@wrenglory.com to begin your return or exchange. We are unable to provide a a return label for international orders, so you would be responsible for the return shipping.

Order Processing
All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 3PM EST will begin processing that day and ship with in 48 hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

This is a great hat. I wish it weren’t White. That’s the only problem because I always get makeup all over my hats, but they are washable so it’s not a bad thing. I have been shopping at Wren and Glory for years. I have a lot of really great pieces and they are cherished by me. The one thing I was wishing for because I have a really long arms is that they would have some things that came in sizes and they have added that I’m so happy so this sound waves sweatshirt came in sizes and I got myself I’m small but I got myself a big old large and it is super super cozy. I’ve been wearing it to bed for three days. I promise I’ll wear it out too not just to bed!! thanks for listening. If there are other people that asked you for different sizes I have the meow sweatshirt and I had to cut the sleeves off and make it a short sleeve sweatshirt which kinda looks cute actually because they were so short thank you for making great stuff.

I decided to roll the dice and get the mystery bundle as I've loved everything I've ever received from Wren and Glory. It was even better than I could have imagined! I know the bundle is made up of items that have minor mistakes, but I honestly can't tell where they are. I felt like they had picked the pieces just for me (and they didn't even know my favorite holiday is Halloween when they sent the, "I'm Fine" sweatshirt)! You get great merchandise at an awesome discounted rate- you will not be disappointed!
The jacket is fantastic have not worn yet Very soon the only negative is the lace is lovely but very itchy it is a durable lace I get it I will have to wear with a collar But all is well thank u Judy Cobden
I think the denim jacket is great. I love the color of the denim, that is something that is very important to me. If the Color of the denim is not just right I wouldn’t even wear it. However, that is not an issue. It’s great. I am 5’4 jacket is a little too long for me. I will be having the bottom area just below my initials removed. I’m just speaking for myself now,” Shoulder Pads” Will also be having them removed. They look great on the model and the picture of the jacket. However, on me, it looks and feels very awkward. I understand the crease that it makes on the back of the jacket. I personally feel like it’s not fitting properly so once they’re removed once I have the very bottom area below the initials, I feel it will be perfect for me.

I’m in my 60s and absolutely adore the top I purchased. I’m already planning to purchase a jacket in the near future and would also love to see more half-zip and button-top styles added to the collection. Overall, you have a truly unique brand positioning, and I think you communicate it beautifully. One additional touch you may want to consider is including a small handwritten or personal note in each package before shipping — it would make the experience feel even more special and personal.
