SHIPPING AND RETURNS
You can expect your painted jacket within 1 - 2 weeks after you place the order. In some cases, you will receive it quicker, and others, might be a bit longer (depending on the popularity of the style!)
In the US, all jackets with no added personalization or customization can be returned for a refund or store credit, if unworn and in original condition, up to 14 days after delivery is received. Store credit has no expiration date.
We do not offer free return shipping from international locations. We will accept international returns up to 14 days after delivery and issue a refund once we receive those goods.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. We include the cost of taxes and duties with shipping at checkout (except in Australia where you can spend up to 1000 AUD and not incur any duty on your order), so you won’t need to pay any additional fees later on.
We also give you the option to just pay shipping up front, but you will be responsible to instead pay any duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. Should you choose this option and refuse your package, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
Average delivery time for international shipping generally takes 3-4 weeks.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.
ABOUT W+G JACKETS
All jackets are hand painted by Gloria and her team in their NYC studio.
We use only the best quality fabric paint for all of the jackets.
We drop a new jacket collection on the 1st of every month, with surprise drops every week or so. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media to stay up to date!
Gloria & Renee are the primary designers for each and every design.
We usually retire styles from the previous month drop when we release a new collection. We do tend to keep on the best sellers, but we recommend purchasing one you love while it's up. You never know which ones will be retired!
We recommend spot cleaning if possible, but if not, the denim jacket can be easily cleaned in your washing machine. Just make sure to put the jacket inside out to protect the artwork.
Normally, the process goes as follows: when placing an order for a customizable jacket, we recommend you put in the 'Details' section any design instructions you'd like us to incorporate (if you need help with coming up with ideas, we'll gladly assist there as well). We will then reach out with any questions and being working on a sketch for you to approve. Once the sketch is confirmed, we will being work on the jacket.
Depending on how long the sketch process takes, we usually see a turn around time for custom between 2-3 weeks.
We can do almost anything you can imagine. Our talented team of artists have no trouble bringing any idea to life.
At the moment, we only customize jackets!
